Moving Hub was founded in 2015 with a single belief: the moving industry had a trust problem, and the only way to fix it was to own the entire customer experience.
Most complaints in the moving industry stem from the same source — brokers who sell jobs they can’t control, carriers who weren’t properly vetted, and customers left with no real accountability when something goes wrong. We chose a different model.
We invested in our own fleet of trucks and trailers. We built an in-house crew of trained, experienced movers who are hired, vetted, and supervised by us. We created an internal sales and coordination team dedicated to ensuring that every estimate is accurate, every timeline is realistic, and every customer has a real person to call.
